Syncevo Technologies Private Limited (“Truvo,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”) provides telecom, broadband, home and office automation, security solutions, and e-commerce services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, whether through our website, mobile applications, or any other platforms, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.
These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including, without limitation, telecom subscribers, broadband users, e-commerce shoppers, business or individual solution requesters, and visitors to our website or mobile applications. These Terms govern your access to and use of all content, software, applications, transactions, and interactions with Truvo and are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, Refund, Shipping & Warranty Policy, and any other policies we may communicate or post from time to time. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms, including any amendments that may be posted in the future.
1. User Accounts and Responsibilities
By registering for an account, placing an order for any product, subscribing to any service, plan, or solution, or otherwise using the Services, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You shall not impersonate any other person, provide false or misleading information, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of the Services. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, including those relating to telecom usage, e-commerce transactions, data protection, and intellectual property.
Placement of an order or subscription constitutes your explicit consent to be bound by these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund, Shipping & Warranty Policy. You acknowledge and agree that Truvo may, at its sole discretion, verify or validate any account, registration, order, or subscription information, and may reject, suspend, or terminate the provision of any Services without prior notice in case of misrepresentation, inaccurate information, or violation of these Terms.
2. Telecom and Broadband Services
Use of Truvo telecom and broadband services is subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) requirements. Subscribers must provide valid identification for KYC verification. Services are offered subject to fair usage policies, bandwidth allocation, network availability, and other operational constraints. While we endeavor to provide reliable and continuous services, Truvo does not guarantee uninterrupted service, minimum speed, or error-free operation, and shall not be liable for any service interruptions caused by network congestion, maintenance, technical faults, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Subscribers are prohibited from tampering with network equipment, misusing network resources, or engaging in any illegal activity using the Services. Any violation may result in temporary suspension or termination of services, with or without notice, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
3. E-Commerce Services
All orders placed on the e-commerce platform are subject to availability, pricing, and confirmation by Truvo. Payment processing is conducted through PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways, and Truvo does not store your card details. Truvo reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspected fraud, payment failure, or regulatory non-compliance.
Solution requests, including business or individual consultations for automation, surveillance, or telecom projects, are non-binding and provided solely for informational or presales purposes until a formal agreement is executed. While we strive to ensure accuracy, Truvo does not guarantee product specifications, availability, or delivery timelines beyond what is expressly communicated in confirmed orders or agreements.
4. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
All content on Truvo’s platforms, including text, graphics, software, and logos, is owned or licensed by Truvo. Truvo also displays images, logos, and brand names of third-party products solely for identification purposes. Truvo does not claim ownership, endorsement, or partnership with any third-party brand unless explicitly stated. Truvo disclaims any liability for inaccuracies, defects, specifications, warranties, or performance of third-party products. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit Truvo’s or third-party intellectual property without prior written consent.
5. Orders, Payments, and Transactions
All e-commerce and solution-related transactions are subject to acceptance by Truvo. Payment approvals, transaction verification, and order confirmation may require additional verification. Refunds, cancellations, or returns are governed exclusively by the Refund, Shipping & Warranty Policy. Solution consultations or pricing estimates are indicative only and not binding until formal agreements are executed.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services. Truvo is not responsible for interruptions, failures, or delays caused by network issues, maintenance, force majeure, cyberattacks, regulatory changes, or third-party vendors. Use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
All products and services offered through Truvo are provided “as-is” and “as available,” unless expressly covered by Truvo or manufacturer warranty. Truvo disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Solution consultations, proposals, or project estimates are non-binding until formal agreements are executed. Truvo is not liable for third-party content, specifications, or defects.
8. Termination of Services
Truvo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any Services at any time, without prior notice, in case of breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, non-payment, or regulatory requirements. Termination does not relieve you of obligations arising prior to termination, and Truvo may retain information as required by law.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Insert City, e.g., Ranchi, Jharkhand].
10. Grievance Redressal
Users may contact the Grievance Officer as outlined in the Privacy Policy for complaints or disputes related to the Services. Truvo shall endeavor to address grievances in accordance with applicable laws, including IT Act, 2000, and DPDP Act, 2023.
11. Amendments
Truvo may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website with a “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of any updated Terms.
