This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is issued in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the applicable directives of the Department of Telecommunications (“DoT”), Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (“TRAI”), and all other applicable Indian laws, regulations, and notifications, each as amended from time to time.

This Policy sets out the manner in which Syncevo Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at 351, Road Number 5, Ashok Nagar, Ranchi, Jharkhand, 834002 (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), operating under its brand name “Truvo”, collects, receives, stores, processes, uses, discloses, shares, transfers, and protects personal information of the users (“User”, “you”, “your”) when you access, browse, or use the Company’s websites (including www.mytruvo.com), mobile applications, digital platforms, customer interfaces, broadband and telecom services, home/office automation solutions, security solutions, and its ecommerce platform (collectively, the “Services”).

By voluntarily providing your information, or by accessing or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described herein, you should immediately discontinue use of the Services.

1. Scope and Applicability

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of our Services, including telecom subscribers, e-commerce buyers, solution-seekers, and website/app visitors.

It applies to data collected online (website, app, chatbots) and offline (KYC, call centre, installation visits).

It does not cover the practices of third-party websites, platforms, or vendors we may link to, which are governed by their own privacy policies.

(B) E-Commerce Purchases

  • Product preferences, cart data, browsing activity.

(C) Solution Requests / Lead Generation

  • Documentation voluntarily shared during presales/consultation.
